Sherry Scott

Sherry B. Scott, Ph.D., is currently the Human Resources Manager for the U.S. and Europe for Silicon Laboratories Inc. which is headquartered in Austin, Texas.  Maintaining company policies falls under her responsibilities, and she is especially interested in the growing influence of social media in the workplace. 

Dr. Scott has been in HR and Learning and Development for more than 20 years. Her background in communication has helped her work with international and multi-generational employees. 

She served as the AHRMA Membership Chair for two years and is currently a member of the Workforce Readiness Committee. .  She is also a member of SHRM and ASTD.
