Mr. Passovoy currently serves as president of RFG, Inc. (www.rfg.com), a leading national employee benefits advisory firm that helps employers maximize the value of their employee benefit programs. In addition, Mr. Passovoy is on the faculty of the Department of Management, Red McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin where he teaches courses in Organizational Behavior.
Previously, he was co-founding Managing Director of CEO Partnerships, LLC, providing executive-level advisory services to technology companies. As such, he has recently served as advisor to boards and CEOs of several companies, large and small. He has also served as interim CEO and/or board chair at several others.
During the later half of the ‘90s, Mr. Passovoy served as co-founder and President/CEO of Amicus, Inc., a leading Internet ASP that provides technology and services for the financial services business sector.
Prior to co-founding Amicus, Mr. Passovoy was Vice President in charge of Advanced Systems for Austin-based Dell Computer Corporation and was responsible for Dell's server sales, marketing and support organizations: $110M in server revenue during 1994, his last year at that company.
